Baasha destroys the house of Jeroboam

Baasha killed Nadab and destroyed Jeroboam's entire house according to the word spoken through Ahijah. Because Baasha then walked in Jeroboam's way, the word of the LORD through Jehu pronounced the same judgment on his own house (1 Kings 15:27-30; 16:1-4).
