Birth of Abram

Terah's son Abram was born in 1996 BC. Genesis 11:26 says Terah was 70 when the first of his three sons was born, most likely Haran, the eldest; Abram is named first for his importance, not his birth order. Comparing Genesis 11:32 with 12:4 and Acts 7:4 shows Abram himself was born when Terah was 130. The Ussher dataset states this reasoning explicitly.
