Jesus has compassion on the harassed crowds
As Jesus taught, proclaimed the kingdom, and healed disease, He saw the crowds as harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd. He told His disciples that the harvest was plentiful and urged them to ask the Lord of the harvest for workers (Matthew 9:35-38).
