Ezra commissioned to teach and administer the Law

Artaxerxes authorized Ezra, a priest and scribe skilled in the Law, to lead willing exiles to Jerusalem, carry offerings, appoint judges, and teach those who did not know God's commands. Ezra had set his heart to study, practice, and teach the Law (Ezra 7:1-28).
