The firstborn consecrated; unleavened bread remembered
The LORD commanded Israel to consecrate every firstborn and to keep the Feast of Unleavened Bread as a lasting memorial. Parents were to tell their children that the LORD brought them out of Egypt with a mighty hand (Exodus 13:1-16).
