Jesus delivers the Gerasene man

In the country of the Gerasenes, Jesus freed a man who lived among the tombs under the power of many demons. The man was later found clothed and in his right mind, and Jesus sent him home to tell what the Lord had done for him (Mark 5:1-20).

1On the other side of the sea, they arrived in the region of the Gerasenes. 2As soon as Jesus got out of the boat, He was met by a man with an unclean spirit, who was coming from the tombs. 3This man had been living in the tombs and could no longer be restrained, even with chains.
