Esther exposes Haman; Haman is hanged

At the second banquet Esther revealed her identity and pleaded for her people. The king learned that Haman had plotted their destruction and ordered him hanged on the gallows prepared for Mordecai; Esther received Haman's estate and Mordecai received the signet ring (Esther 7:1-8:2).
