Hezekiah reopens the temple and keeps Passover
Hezekiah reopened and consecrated the neglected temple, restored its worship, and invited both Judah and Israel to return to the LORD for Passover. A great assembly celebrated for fourteen days, and the priests' blessing was heard in heaven (2 Chronicles 29:3-36; 30:1-27).

1Hezekiah was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem twenty-nine years. His mother’s name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah. 2And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father David had done. 3In the first month of the first year of his reign, Hezekiah opened and repaired the doors of the house of the LORD.
