Herod Agrippa killed James the brother of John, imprisoned Peter, whom an angel led out, and was himself struck down at Caesarea (Acts 12:2, 7-10, 23). The standard year, anchored by Agrippa's death, is AD 44; exact Ussher row to extract.

1About that time, King Herod reached out to harm some who belonged to the church. 2He had James, the brother of John, put to death with the sword. 3And seeing that this pleased the Jews, Herod proceeded to seize Peter during the Feast of Unleavened Bread.
