Job and his friends continue their dispute
In the second exchange, Job's friends described the destruction awaiting the wicked and increasingly applied their warnings to him. Job called them miserable comforters, appealed to his witness in heaven, confessed that his Redeemer lives, and challenged their claim that the wicked always suffer promptly (Job 15-21).
