Joseph made ruler over Egypt
Joseph told Pharaoh that God had revealed seven years of plenty followed by seven years of famine. Pharaoh set Joseph over Egypt, and Joseph began his service at 30 (Genesis 41:1-46), 1715 BC by the arithmetic.
