The boy Samuel called at Shiloh
Given by Hannah in answered prayer, the boy Samuel ministered before the LORD at Shiloh, and in days when the word of the LORD was rare, the LORD called him by name: Speak, for your servant hears (1 Samuel 3:1, 10). All Israel knew a prophet had been raised up.
