The temple cleansed and rededicated (Hanukkah)

Judas Maccabeus cleansed and rededicated the temple, ordaining eight days of gladness from the twenty-fifth of Chisleu, the origin of the Feast of Dedication that John records Jesus attending (John 10:22).
